Our fees are carefully considered to ensure that you make a profit, whilst also achieving the high quality of work your clients expect. We don’t have a one size fits all approach to our pricing, so please get in touch to discuss your project and requirements, so we can provide you with a bespoke costing.
Generally, we will only provide a drawing service, however we can provide architectural consulting support if required.
Timeframes will depend upon type, size and complexity of the task, as well as workload. As a typical example, a building regulations pack for a residential extension we would expect to be completed within 3-4 weeks, however this can be accelerated in some circumstances.
We will not provide client or planning liaison therefore you will need to ensure that all necessary information is provided to us. However, once we’ve got what we need, you can leave it with us until its done.
We are a team of highly experienced Architectural designers and Technologists, based entirely in the UK. We have been helping architectural and construction businesses grow since 2010 and have built a well-respected reputation for doing such. We aren’t just CAD Monkeys, we also run our own projects and provide full architectural services through our sister company Bastion, which means we keep our finger on the pulse with industry standards, changes to legislation and pricing.

Currently we are not a RIBA chartered practice, however some of our staff are RIBA, ARB or ACIAT members.
We use AutoCAD for our 2D CAD drawings.
Yes, we can convert your hand drawings to CAD format, provided you can supply suitable drawings to scale from.
