The clients brief asked for an existing poorly built conservatory to be replaced with a new sun room, and possibly opening up some of the rear wall to extend the kitchen area.
The property had had a number of previous extensions, seemingly designed independently of one another so this scheme also required CAD UP to assess a potential solution for the flow of the ground floor.
The development has given the property an elegant, contemporary sun room, centralised onto the rear of the property with dramatic bi-folding doors, and roof lantern which bathes the kitchen and family living area in natural light.
Visually, the design was well received by planning with the simple, elegant structure sitting naturally and harmonically onto the properties rear elevation.
CAD UP also assisted with consultants on the internal fit out of the project which has been beautifully finished to a very high quality.
